This charming private courtyard house features a natural clay plaster interior, offering a warm and earthy atmosphere. Situated in a quiet backyard in the heart of the city, it’s bright, peaceful, and tucked away from traffic noise.

The home is spread over two floors:
+ First Floor: An open-plan living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher and microwave). There is also a private guest room with a 120 cm wide bed, ideal for two children.
+ Second Floor: A cozy bedroom with a wide bed (with space for a baby bed if needed), a rest area, and a shower room with a sauna. There are toilets on both floors for added convenience.
