Private courtyard house with sauna has natural clay plaster interior. In front of the house, a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue amenities. The rooms can be cooled by an air conditioner.
The rooms are spread over two floors.
On the first floor there is an open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen. In addition, a private guest room with a bed suitable for two children (width 120 cm).
On the second floor, there is a bedroom with a wide bed (possibility of adding a baby bed), a rest area and a shower room with a sauna. WC on both floors.
The house is located in the city centre back yard – away from traffic noise, bright and private.
All the basic comforts for a holiday in the living room and in the kitchen (including dishwasher, microwave oven). In the summer season – terrace furniture and barbecue items. The pictures speak for themselves. Hidden Wifi, iron/ironing board, hair dryer and tableware (dishes, goblets and other).
Longer period according request. (Included: sheets, towels, shampoo, conditioner etc.)
