House rules in accommodation area:
+night silence 23:00-07:00;
+usage for registered guests only, no visitors allowed;
+not allowed: pets, indoor smoking, parties;
+upon arrival, a deposit of 100 eur can be applied for unexpected;
+payment on site in cash, transfer possible based on advance payment, check possible.

city centre and beach central beach area has 15min walking distance.
For faster movement, city bikes can be rented locally for 5eur/day for two.
